Can I continue living in my house after I have sold it to you?

At the moment we do not offer a “Sell and Rent Back Scheme”.  However with your permission we can pass your details onto one of our partners who specialise in these types of schemes.

How does the price I will get for my property compare to that I would get by advertising through an estate agent?

Although this will depend on a number of factors such as the location and type of property, we will pay a “trade” price for your property - which is typically around 85% of the open market value.

On the open market you will still have to pay estate agents fees, legal fees, HIP’s and there is no guarantee of a sale.

What fees will I have to pay?

There are no fees, no survey charges, no commissions or hidden costs of any kind.

How quickly can you buy my house?

As quickly as you need us to! If you need to sell your house quickly, we can exchange in as little as 24 hours (providing the necessary legal paperwork is in order).  Your solicitor will be able to release the cash to you in full once the transaction is completed.

Do I need my own solicitor?

We always recommend you have a solicitor when selling your house.  However, we will pay £500 towards your legal fees.

Will my neighbours know about the sale?

No, selling your house to hr6 is completely confidential.  We won't put a for sale sign up outside your house, and no one will need to know about the sale if you don't want them to.

Do I need a Home Information Pack (HIP)?

No, part of the terms of HIPs is that they will NOT be required in a private sale.  The sale of your house to us is a private sale, so we do not require, nor do you need to provide a HIP.
